You love to order it, but why not learn how to make this classic brunch favorite from scratch? In this hands-on class you will learn how to make the secret ingredient for the most popular brunch dish – hollandaise sauce. Learn how to make your own hollandaise, and transform poached eggs into the delicious treat we know as Eggs Benedict. In this class, you will also learn how to make Eggs Florentine. Sit down to brunch with your own eggs benedict and a mimosa!
* Alcohol will be provided at this class. Guests must be 21 or older to attend.

Once you've booked four guests, you can return to the shopping cart to add additional guests under the same name for $50 each.
This class will be held in Salt Lake City, at our new teaching kitchen located at 1484 South State Street. Included with your class are recipes, ingredients, and all the tools you will need. There is no minimum experience necessary. Closed-toe shoes are required. Seats will sell out quickly so book now to reserve your spot.
