Ages 6-14

Crêpes are not just for dessert, they also make a yummy dinner! Master crêpe making techniques from Chef Moppy by learning how to properly mix crêpe batter, cook and flip the crêpe pancake, and create delicious sweet and savory fillings! This class is perfect for Little Chefs who want to try something new! In this class, you will learn how to make a savory crêpe with crispy prosciutto, cheese, and a fried egg, and a sweet crêpe with mixed fruit, homemade whipped cream and more!

Chef Moppy is the youngest graduate of the Park City Culinary Institute! At 12 years old, she has her own Cooking Show on YouTube with over 100,000 viewers, has appeared on KUTV and Fox, and is the CEO of her very own hand-crafted knife company!

This class will be held in Salt Lake City, at our new teaching kitchen located at 1484 South State Street. Included with the program are aprons, recipes, ingredients, and all the tools you will need. Seats will sell out quickly so book now to reserve your spot! There is no minimum experience necessary. This program is intended for ages 6-14. *All children must be accompanied by at least one adult. Refreshments will be served to parents observing the program.

If you are unable to attend class, you may have a family member or friend come in your place.
