Learn how to color and apply fondant with Chef Rebecca Millican, former Executive Pastry Chef of La Caille Restaurant. Students will learn how to use crimpers, practice piping royal icing, and learn the art of brush embroidery. In this one-day class, you will be decorating a styrofoam dummy cake instead of a real cake due to limited time. While this class does not have any pre-requisites, it is intended for professionals and serious enthusiasts. You will be able to take home your decorated styrofoam cake at the end of the program.

This class will be held in Salt Lake City, at our new teaching kitchen located at 1484 South State Street. Included with the program are aprons, recipes, ingredients, and all the tools you will need. There is no minimum experience necessary. Children ages 10-15 need to be accompanied by an adult. Closed-toe shoes are required. Seats will sell out quickly so book now to reserve your spot.

Four or more guests are $50 each
Once you've booked four guests, you can return to the shopping cart to add additional guests under the same name for $50 each.

If you are unable to attend class, you may have a family member or friend come in your place. *We reserve the right to cancel any class due to insufficient enrollment or unforeseen circumstances. You further agree to indemnify, save and hold harmless Park City Culinary Institute LLC, and its employees and agents, from any and all claims arising out of an injury, disability, or death resulting from your (or your child’s) participation in culinary classes. This waiver specifically includes any claims made by you arising from the alleged negligent acts of Park City Culinary Institute LLC, its employees, and agents.
